Additionally, we strive to empower small to medium-sized entrepreneurs by providing the tools and support needed to transform their vision into reality. We firmly believe that by offering everyone access to the resources and opportunities they need, we can work towards building a more prosperous society.

 About Me


Hi, I'm Shanda Williams.

Shanda Williams (she /her) has been a professional in the Insurance and Banking industry for almost 20 years. Shanda first came to Vermont in 2017 and is a native of Hartford, CT. Her interpersonal experience with people from all over the world has given her the expertise in interacting and connecting with people of diverse cultures and all socio- economic backgrounds. She is currently committed to the titles of Changemaker, Reparations Activist, Equity Strategist, and BIPOC Community Advocate.  She is a facilitator of the BIPOC group for My Grandmother's Hands: Unraveling Racialized Trauma and the Visionary of the Money Matters: Financial Liberation and Wellness series, for which she was recently awarded 2023 "Innovator of the Year" by Central Vermont Economic Development Corporation. Her intent is to increase equity opportunities toward BIPOC homeownership while helping others to heal their financial trauma.


Shanda is also a practicing Manifester, and Small Business Consultant. She loves animals and people of all walks of life. In her spare time she enjoys Sun and Moon gazing, pet sitting and communicating with animals, singing Gospel, Funk, Jazz, and connecting people and networking. Her primary goal is to bring people together through the power of love, song, word, and healing events.


Some of the places you may find her are: at Capital Grounds in Montpelier, at The North Branch Nature Center in Montpelier, in the country stores in the spring, walking through a local garden in the summer, or popping up at any event throughout Vermont.


Her hope and aim is to help humanity build a bridge while embracing change through the power of healing racialized trauma, one person at a time.
